On the ground floor there’s a utility room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, upstairs is a large living room, kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a shower room. Outside are extensive private grounds that slope gently down to the beach at Smalls Cove. There are seating areas, a hot tub and firepit, and glorious views over the estuary.

Idle away the days on the sands, go for a stroll along the clifftops on the South West Coast Path, catch the ferry across to Salcombe to browse the shops. Stop for lunch in a waterside restaurant, hire a boat and explore the beautiful coastline, or go paddleboarding. Discover the picturesque South Hams and visit some of the award-winning family attractions nearby.
