BBQ: Charcoal firepit with grill for use year round. Charcoal is not supplied but this can be purchased from the owners prior to your stay.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic), bed linen, bath robes, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are provided. You will need to bring your own towels for use with the hot tub.

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.

Coffee Machine: 1 cafetiere.

Directions: These can be found within your booking information after you have secured your holiday.

Dogs: Pets are not allowed at this property.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points. Due to insurance restrictions and the small size of the electrical circuit, guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the hut to charge vehicles. Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points. 

Essentials: Enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 2 adults.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 1 toilet roll, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, tea towels, dish cloth, scouring sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand & body wash, shampoo & conditioner. 

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Electric hot tub, firepit with grill, shared use of BBQ lodge.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Private area with hot tub, firepit and outdoor furniture.

Guests: Due to insurance regulations this property sleeps 2 adults only.

Hot Tub: The electric hot tub is sited in the private outdoor area. It has a built-in lounger and Captain’s seat, LED lighting and a water fountain.

Kitchen/Utility: Shaker style kitchen with built-in electric oven and grill, integrated fridge, 2 ring induction hob.

Music: Docking station. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Off road parking for 1 vehicle. 

Rooms: Luxury 17ft x 7ft Shepherds Hut with lounge area, kitchen area, shower room and pull down double bed.

Room Configurations: Pull down double bed.

Wifi: 4G mobile signal.

Woodburner: There is a wood-burner for year round use. The first net of logs is supplied. More can be from the owners prior to your stay.

Restrictions: No smoking - no fireworks, sky lanterns or drones - no noise after 11pm
