10/10 Absolutely first class cottage. Also great to see children's play equipment that was top of the line and therefore very safe - this is not always the case when we visit cottages in the UK. Very clean and great facilities all round. Lovely clean and heated games room too - very much appreciated in Winter. Also really lovely lady who came to welcome us and fill us in on the local area. Stayed at Pipits Retreat for a relaxing weekend with some friends and we had a lovely time. It's beautifully decorated and very cosy. Stonehayes Farm is an amazing location with beautiful views across the valley to the hills. The cottages are all comfortable, clean, well equipped, spacious and delightful to stay in. We would recommend it to anybody from couples to families or a group of friends in several cottages. David June 2021
8/10 We loved the complex and have stayed 3 times in different cottages. Once our family hiring all the cottages. Beautiful setting. Loved the welcome pack. 9/10 - Our oldest missed the playhouse and slide but all the new play equipment was great and the games room having been refurbished was great. Nothing else really, it’s a lovely place to stay and lots to do within a reasonable drive. Thanks, we will come back! Pecorama was great for our kids age 3 and 6 but wouldn’t have much for kids much older. Lyme Regis is nice but not much sand and very busy in the sandy stretch but fossil hunting was fun. Exmouth was our stand out beach day. We did Paignton Zoo when it was less sunny and kids really enjoyed it. Joyce June 2021

This is a very pretty, comfortable property surrounded by beautiful countryside and very peaceful. Honiton is a short drive away for essentials. We stayed here to attend a vintage car hill climb at Wiscombe Park. Highly recommend this property and for larger families there are other properties in the same location. Jenny May 2021

You would struggle to beat both the location and accommodation at Stonehayes Farm, it truly is a magical spot. 10/10 We loved visiting the World of Country Life near Exeter, the children enjoyed the Falcon display and feeding the deer, as well as many slides and other attractions, including Down the Memory Lane section. We also spent an afternoon in Sidmouth, and had a lovely walk along the sea front. Honiton is a lovely market town with plenty of quirky little independent shops. We just had a great time at the property because it’s so fabulously geared up for families with children; particularly the trampoline was a big hit. The layout of the property suited us well too, and we appreciated to have en suites in both rooms; with the useful downstairs toilet. Great to be able to go for walks just out of the back garden, and not having to travel to do that. Thank you! We will definitely be back. Cox Oct 2020

10/10 The farm is located in a peaceful and isolated area (whilst being only 2 miles away from big supermarkets), and is all very cosy, picturesque, and makes for a perfect country getaway. 10/10 We loved our stay at Stonehayes Farm. Our cottage was just fabulous and so well equipped for the children and us. We loved the wood fire and the kids loved sharing a bedroom. We liked the little touches of the kids plastic plates etc and I loved the fact we had a washer dryer in our cottage! We don’t normally return to places as we like to try different ones but we would definitely come back to Stonehayes Farm. We have even thought about coming one Christmas to stay!
